At Chef Mama, we’re a small but passionate team working hard to deliver clean, home-style food. Each order is carefully prepared, packed fresh, and we truly appreciate your support and trust as we deliver our products to you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please refer to your order confirmation email for details.

If you would like to cancel after that, write to us at chefmamafoods@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you if your order has not entered the preparation or dispatch stage.

Once the order is in the preparation stage, we are unable to process cancellations.

Please Note

  • Shipping timelines are 2–8 business days within India, depending on your location.
  • Sundays and major Indian holidays may cause minor shipping delays. We appreciate your patience.
  • For international orders, shipping timelines are 8–10 business days.
  • Customs clearance, duties, or international delays are not covered by Chef Mama Foods and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund and Return Policy

We genuinely want every customer to be happy with their experience. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us at chefmamafoods@gmail.com or leave a message on our Contact Us page. We will review your concern and, where appropriate, process a replacement.

In Case of Damaged, Missing, or Spoiled Items

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing chefmamafoods@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number.
  • Attach one image of the outer box.
  • Attach two clear images of the damaged product.

In multi-item shipments, only the affected product can be replaced.

We will respond within 24–48 hours and offer a prompt and fair resolution.

Note: Refunds cannot be processed for these cases, but we are happy to replace the product(s).

Tip: Please make a short unboxing video before opening your package seal. This helps us verify any claims of damage or missing products.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns based on taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as natural variations occur in home-style foods.
