What is the shelf life of ChefMama products?

6 months from the Date is freeze-dried on kitchen shelf 

What is the nutritional loss in freeze-dried foods?

We leverage freeze drying technique to remove only water from the food. Nutritional loss is not more than 5-8% as per studies conducted

How much does each pack weigh?

Weight of meals is between 60-100gm, However when reconstructed and portion size is 350gm ( serves 1-2 people)

How is my food packaged?

We have purposely made sure that our packing is double sealed & travel friendly. We have multipacks which can be sealed back and stored on your kitchen shelf.

How is my food shipped?

We ship locally across India, as well as globally with leading logistics companies from Bangalore

We ensure our raw ingredients are of the upmost quality as well of freshness.

Hygiene

Each of our staff follows our stringent hygiene rules which include ensuring self sanitisation, wearing gloves, hair caps and masks across all touch points.

Who cooks my food?

Each ingredient of your food is hand-picked and measured to our special recipes. The food is prepared by our staff ( all our employees are mothers) in our hygienic facility in Bangalore.

We are an FSSAI complaint organisation.

Can I give my own home cooked food?

Yes, absolutely! You can book an appointment with us. On the day of the appointment, the food is picked up either by us or delivered by you, we freeze-dry it & pack it into portion sizes you require & label it.
